Open the Tono AI download entryChoose Apple Silicon or Intel there and check the current version and checksum.
Open tonoai.cn and sign in to Tono AI. Go to My computers → Connect current computer → Not installed? Download and install first. Choose the build for your Mac — Apple Silicon or Intel — and check the current version and checksum shown on the page. If Onboarding was already open and this guide opened in a new tab, return to the original Tono AI tab to download.
Use TonoLive Desktop 0.1.14 or later — this is the app version, not your macOS version — on macOS 15 or later, with browser extension 1.0.5 or later in Chrome 116 or later. Check both the Tono AI download page and the official store listing before installing. If either offers a version below these minimums, wait for a compatible release. Open the downloaded DMG, drag TonoLive into Applications, launch it, and keep it running in the menu bar. Official packages use a Developer ID signature and Apple notarization and come from the official download entry. macOS may show its normal first-launch confirmation; that is expected.
If macOS reports that the app is damaged, cannot be verified, or is from an unidentified developer, stop. Delete that download, get the package again from the Tono AI download page, and contact services@longtreeai.com if the problem continues. Do not disable or bypass macOS security protections.
Return to My computers in Tono AI and choose Open TonoLive Desktop and connect. In Desktop, review and confirm that the account shown is the one you signed in to on the web. Choose only the local features you need, and follow the system permission prompts for those features.
Website access and actions use separate permissions. An existing persistent approval may mean an action does not prompt again. Connecting the computer does not grant access to a website. Browser connection does not require copying a pairing code.
Install TonoAI Browser Agent from its official Chrome Web Store listing when it offers version 1.0.5 or later. In Desktop, enable Browser sessions, finish the local browser connection setup if prompted, and authorize the exact websites you intend to use. Keep Desktop running so the extension can establish its verified connection automatically. If you previously chose Disconnect in the extension, choose Connect there; it does not reactivate on its own. See the browser extension privacy page for data handling.
In TonoLive Desktop, open Browser websites and revoke any authorized websites you no longer want to allow. In the extension popup, choose Disconnect. In Tono AI’s My computers section, you can revoke the computer’s standing approval; this does not undo an action that was already dispatched. To stop the current browser session, ask Tono AI in the current task or conversation to stop it. If a control reports a failure, keep the message and contact support before continuing.

请使用 TonoLive 电脑版 0.1.14 或更高版本；这里的 0.1.14 是应用版本，不是 macOS 版本，且电脑版要求 macOS 15 或更高版本。浏览器扩展要求 1.0.5 或更高版本，并使用 Chrome 116 或更高版本。安装前请同时核对 Tono AI 下载入口和官方商店页面；如果任一入口低于这些最低兼容版本，请等待兼容版本发布后再安装。不确定 Mac 使用哪种芯片时，可查看 Apple 支持说明。
打开下载的 DMG，把 TonoLive 拖入“应用程序”，然后启动，并让它在菜单栏中保持运行。官方安装包使用 Developer ID 签名并通过 Apple 公证，来自官方下载入口。macOS 可能显示正常的首次打开确认，这是预期行为。
如果 macOS 提示应用已损坏、无法验证或来自未识别的开发者，请停止安装。删除该下载，从 Tono AI 下载入口重新获取；若问题仍然存在，请联系 services@longtreeai.com。不要关闭或绕过 macOS 安全保护。
回到 Tono AI 网页的我的电脑，点击打开 TonoLive 电脑版并连接。在电脑版中核对并确认显示的账号与网页登录的账号一致。只选择你需要的本机功能，并按这些功能的系统提示授予权限。
网站访问与动作分别使用独立的权限；已有持续授权时，动作可能不会再次弹出确认。连接电脑本身不授予网站访问权。浏览器连接不需要手抄配对码。
当官方 Chrome 应用商店页面提供 1.0.5 或更高版本时，安装 TonoAI Browser Agent。在电脑版中启用浏览器会话，按提示完成本机浏览器连接设置，并授权你实际要使用的具体网站。保持电脑版运行，扩展即可自动建立已验证的连接。如果你之前在扩展中选择了断开连接，请在扩展中点击连接；它不会自动重新激活。数据处理说明见浏览器扩展隐私页。
在 TonoLive 电脑版的浏览器网站中撤销已授权的网站；在扩展弹窗中选择断开连接；在 Tono AI 网页的我的电脑中可撤销电脑持续授权，这不会撤回已下发的动作。要停止当前浏览器会话，请在 Tono AI 任务或对话中提出停止请求。若操作返回失败，请保留提示并联系支持后再继续。
